Camphor (0,5%) A bicyclic monoterpene ketone found widely in plant (primarily the camphor tree, Cinnamomum camphora). Natural camphor is used topically as a skin antipruritic and as an anti-infective agent. Phenol (0,5%) An antiseptic and disinfectant. It is active against a wide range of micro-organisms including some fungi and viruses, but is only slowly effective against spores. It has been used to disinfect skin and to relieve itching.(Anti-Infective Agent, Local Disinfectant) Menthol (0,6%) An alcohol produced from mint oils or prepared synthetically.(antipruritic) >Mineral oil, petrolatum,lanolin,mixed waxes,water. |
