    Aqeous electrolyte solution containing viscosity agent and emulsifier.The solution is aerosolizied with a nitrogen propellant.

    Sodium carboxymethylcellulose
    It is used as an emulsifier, thickener, suspending agent, etc., in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals; in research as a culture medium; in chromatography as a stabilizer for reagents; and therapeutically as a bulk laxative with antacid properties.

    Calcium Chloride
    A salt used to replenish calcium levels, as an acid-producing diuretic, and as an antidote for magnesium poisoning.

Potassium Chloride
A white crystal or crystalline powder used as an electrolyte replenisher.

Nitrogen
Used as an aerosol propellant agent.

Pharmacologic Action :

  • Use in Dentistry :
    An oral moisturizer that temporarily relieves the discomfort of xerostomia (dry mouth) and dry throat naturally. Salivart may be used to replace human saliva when the amount of saliva normally secreted has been reduced. It lubricates the mouth and throat to soothe discomfort and assist in speaking and swallowing. Salivart relieves dry mouth caused by certain medications,therapeutic treatments, diseases,normal aging and emotional factors. Salivart is non-irritating, nitrogen propelled spray, making it ozone friendly.

  • Xerostomia :
    Decreased salivary flow.
