Decision Making in Operative Dentistry (Operative Dentistry Volume 1)
(Hardcover: 100 pages December 2002)

>Paul A.Brunton,
As part of an eight-volume series not sold as a set,
this reference can serve as a stand-alone introduction
to restorative primary care dentistry from a minimal intervention perspective.
Brunton (restorative dentistry, U. Dental Hospital, Manchester, UK)
notes that the use of amalgam does not sit well with this philosophy,
though he covers it and does not enter the mercury toxicity debate.
He uses the FDI system of tooth notation but not Black's classification of caries.
