    Vicodin ®
    Generic : Hydrocodone bitartrate / Acetaminophen

    Active Ingredients :

    Hydrocodone
    Narcotic analgesic related to codeine, but more potent and more addicting by weight. It is used also as cough suppressant.

    Pharmacologic Action :

    >Opioid Analgesic
    >Narcotic
    >Antitussive Agent

    Acetaminophen
    Analgesic antipyretic derivative of acetanilide. It has weak anti-inflammatory properties and is used as a common analgesic, but may cause liver, blood cell, and kidney damage.

    Pharmacologic Action :

    >Non-Narcotic Analgesic

    Inactive Ingredients :

    Colloidal silicon dioxide, corn starch, croscarmelllose sodium, dibasic calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, and stearic acid.
